Launch party at LAX

It was quite the party atmosphere at LAX on Monday as China Airlines put their brand new 777-300ER into service on the Los Angeles to Taipei route.

Passengers got to experience the airline’s new cabin design, which is truly stunning.

The Premium Business Class features a Sky Lounge with raised ceilings. It’s just one of the many options our 777-300ER customers have when it comes to laying out their cabins.

In February, China Airlines will launch the 777-300ER on their Taipei-New York route, followed by their Taipei-San Francisco route in September. Congratulations to China Airlines as they introduce their new 777-300ERs to their fleet.

Norman Garza (Long Beach, CA):

The arch over the door looks similar in concept to the 787's style. Interesting use of darker and warm colors for the cabin.

Paulo M (Johannesburg, RSA):

That is a gorgeous interior they've put together for that airplane -- basically what it says is you don't need the largest airliner in the world to create a leading product that wows people all round. Looking forward to what the industry will do with the forthcoming 777X models.
