Celebrating at Safeco

We recently celebrated a milestone with Turkish Airlines as they took delivery of their 125th airplane purchased from Boeing. The airplane is a 737-900ER.

To mark the occasion, we took over Seattle’s Safeco Field—home of the Mariners—for an event that was truly memorable.

Turkish is scheduled to take a total of 12 deliveries this year, including five 737s and seven 777-300ERs.

We thank them for a partnership that stretches more than 40 years—and look forward to the future.

AHSAN IMDAD SHEIKH (Lahore Pakistan):

We hereby congratulate both BOEING and Turkish Airlines. As both are doing great job and providing services in a professional manner. We wish them all the Best.

Norman Garza (Long Beach, CA):

Turkish Airlines has made a good decision for it's expansive network. For Istanbul's location between Europe and Asia they cant go wrong with the 737-800 in needed capacity and range.
